This appealing small hotel is conveniently located right by the beach, and the nearby Montpelier and Clifton Hill district is definitely worth exploring.

Interesting rooms close to the centre of Brighton
Noise from other rooms - floorboards creaking etc.

well i only stayed for 1 nite so it was just the fact the hotel was in a great location - not far from local car park and shopping centre - it is a themed hotel - we stayed in the Tudor Suite which was quite cosy -and the lady on reception was helpfull and very nice :) x god bless

Staff Excellent
Our room was on the 3rd floor 6 flights of narrow stairs,no lifts.very very tiring, I had great dififculty getting to our room .Room too hot, opening windows not an option due to location being very noisy [traffic and local club}

Beautiful rooms,jacuzzi and relaxation. Arrived and was a friendly welcome. Staff lovely,room was beautiful and my mrs loved it. Go for the more expensive Beijing room.....you wont be dissapointed. Lovely views and well located as underground parking right next door. Would highly recommend hotel and the cleanest room i've ever stayed in with a jacuzzi bath. Will be staying again very soon.

This venue is attractive, spotlessly clean, with excellent service, public parking nearby, and offers late check-out.

The location was good and magnificent - the hotel looked perfectly clean. Location: the property was next to the restaurant, and the beach and the city centre. Variety of restaurants to eat close by, like Casalingo that was only 5 minutes' walk away. The double room that we stayed in was tidy and huge.

Great service at the restaurant! The location here is awesome: it's quiet but super close to a cafe, the i360 tower, and the seafront - can't get any better than this! 🌊

We have stayed here for 1 night and had a FUN experience. The staff were really helpful and lovely friendly, and the public parking was available.
The staff was horrendous.

Beautiful regency terrace well located in lovely square. Our very large bedroom was at the front of the hotel with a bay window and sideways view of the sea. we had the Beijing Pavilion - stunning in red scumbled paint with dragon murals, 4 poster bed and appropriate Chinese style furnishings plus a huge bathroom with large corner whirlpool bath and separate shower.
Unfortunately the mattress was old and tired - leading to a most uncomfortable night. Great shame as the room was otherwise delightful. No lift so beware the top floor rooms - bit of a flog. If they renew the beds then would highly recommend. Until then - no.
